Time and Attendance is where all of your emplyees are setup and the labor cost reports are generated. This group covers two main areas of employee setup, jobs and rate setup and managing the clock in/out process.
Discounts & Coupons shows the setup of your discounts, promos and coupons. Having a working knowledge of your discounts and promos helps you ensure that proper accountability is managed. Given the wide range of features for discounts in POSitouch, this lesson group is an important addition to the FastTrack Back Office module.
System Setup Maintenance covers basic system troubleshooting, guest and employee messaging as well as updating and refreshing your programming changes. A valuable lesson group that helps you reduce your phone calls to support.
POSitouch Reports covers cash balancing, credit card settlement, management reports and labor cost analysis. POSitouch has a very large library of reports and this lesson group gets you familiar with which reports you will need.
