The day to day process is to simply select a date and
then hit the Send to QuickBooks button. You see the status of you have imported. You can send to QuickBooks whenever
it's convenient for you.

Sales Categories The POSitouch categories such as food, liquor, beer, wine, misc come through as income entries
Tenders The POSitouch tenders or payments such as cash, VISA/MC, gift certificates, checks, gift cards etc.
Discounts The POSitouch discounts such as Open %, Open $, 100% off, manager discounts, employee discounts, promos etc.
Misc Income Tip reduction, service charges, tip share, order mode, surcharges etc
Misc Liability Gift Card/certificate redeemed/purchased
Misc Expense Over/short, gift cert promo, gift cert comp
Paid outs All of your POSitouch paidouts that have been setup such as tips paidout, groceries, office supply etc.
