iPOS: Dinerware to QuickBooks General Ledger
iPOS Dinerware to QuickBooks General Journal interface makes it
easy to transfer your Dinerware sales, payments, paid in/outs, gift card/certificate
sales and payments to your QuickBooks general journal.
Setup is easy too. iPOS reads the data from your Dinerware and your QuickBooks and
allows you to select how you want to send the Dinerware transactions into your QuickBooks
general journal.
The day to day process is to simply select a date and then hit the Send to QuickBooks
button. You see the status of you have imported. You can send to QuickBooks whenever
it's for you.
Dinerware Transactions to QuickBooks GL Summary
Sales Categories The Dinerware categories such as food, liquor, beer, wine,
misc come through as income entries
Tenders The Dinerware tenders or payments such as cash, VISA/MC, gift certificates,
checks, gift cards etc.
Discounts The Dinerware discounts such as Open %, Open $, 100% off, manager
discounts, employee discounts, promos etc.
