Support Services

Getting Support for your InControl Software Products

We offer telephone or email support for all of our applications.

Email support is provided for end users with an annual support agreement. Phone support is only provided to end users that have pre-purchased a phone support block. You can use our Contact Us form to inquire. Contact Us

Support services are offered:
Monday - Friday
9:00AM - 5:00PM Pacific Time Zone
Holidays are excluded

To receive product support, you must fill out a Support Request form.

If you have purchased our installation services, our installation price includes 30 days of phone support from the date of installation (Mon-Fri 9AM- 5PM Pacific Time, holidays excluded), 11 months of email support thereafter. Updates & Support Annual License/Updates $125 per year, per module purchased. Support is provided through our knowledgebase and email. We have a 24 to 48 hour response time to email support requests.



Phone Support
Phone support is pre-sold in 2 hour blocks $400 each. Billed in 30 min increments (effective rate is $200 per hour). You can use our Contact Us form to request.
